How Ovyacare Works
This is a 5-8 week rollout, not a heavy IT project. We hand you the patient app, plug it into your hospital management system (or our lightweight module if you don't have one), train your team, and help your first patients get started.
Our Process
Six steps from the first conversation to a live patient app. The whole thing is meant to fit around your clinic, not turn it upside down
Discovery & Fit
We sit down with your team for a short kickoff. The goal is to learn how your maternity and women's-health clinic actually runs day to day, who your patients are at each care stage, and whether you already have a hospital management system or need our lightweight module instead.

Setup & Branding
The app is already built. We just dress it in your hospital's name, logo, and colors, and wire up the lightweight hospital management system module if you need one. There's no custom development project here, so this part moves fast.

Data Sync & Hospital Management System
Now we connect the plumbing. If you have a hospital management system, we link it to the app. If you don't, we stand up the lightweight module. Either way, ANC visits, scans, lab results, and appointments start flowing securely to each patient.

Staff Training
We train your clinicians and front-desk team hands-on. By the end they can log visits, share results, and manage appointments in the hospital management system without second-guessing themselves. We build the sessions around how your day actually runs, not a generic script.

Patient Rollout
Time to get patients on board. We give you simple in-clinic materials and a hand inviting people to the free app. Once they're in, they can track their cycle, follow week-by-week pregnancy guides, check results, and get nudged about appointments and medications.

Ongoing Support & Updates
Go-live isn't goodbye. Our team stays reachable when something needs attention, and the app keeps getting updates. On your side, the only costs are app-store fees and cloud hosting. We don't charge a recurring support fee.

Rollout Timeline
Most rollouts run 5-8 weeks from kickoff to a live app. No months-long custom build to wait through
Setup & Branding
Your branding goes on the app, clinician accounts get created, and the four care stages fill up with content
Data Sync & Hospital Management System
We link your hospital management system or stand up the lightweight module. Then visits, scans, labs, and appointments start reaching patients
Training
Staff get trained, the data flow gets tested end to end, and everyone walks away with quick-reference guides
Patient Rollout
You go live. Patients join the free app and we help them get comfortable, whatever care stage they're in
Success Metrics
Once you're live, here's what you can actually measure. It tells you whether the app is pulling its weight for your team and your patients
Staff Adoption
How many of your clinicians and front-desk staff are actually in the hospital management system, logging visits, sharing results, and handling appointments.
Patient Engagement
App sign-ups, plus how often patients open cycle tracking, pregnancy guides, reminders, and results at each care stage.
Appointment Attendance
Keep an eye on ANC visits, scans, and follow-ups. You can see whether reminders are getting patients to show up on time.
Health Trends
Patient-reported numbers like weight, blood pressure, and mood. You also see logged medications, conditions, and allergies.

Ongoing Support
Going live is the start, not the finish. Our team stays reachable, the app keeps getting updates, and we don't charge a recurring support fee.
Dedicated Technical Support
A dedicated team that answers when you need help. Syncing, reminders, and results keep working day to day. We don't charge a recurring support fee.
Training & Refreshers
We onboard new hires and run refreshers on hospital management system features, how to record visits and results, and how to get more out of the app.
Updates & Improvements
The patient app and hospital management system module get regular updates. We'll also sit with you over your metrics and figure out how to keep patients engaged across all four stages.
Ready to Bring Ovyacare to Your Hospital?
Give your patients a women's-health app that follows them from cycle tracking through postpartum. The apps are free, and you can be live in 5-8 weeks. We built it around Indian healthcare workflows here in Coimbatore, but it adapts well beyond India too.
