By accessing or using Ovyacare Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
Use of the Services is limited to authorized users, including healthcare providers, patients, and administrative personnel. You must provide accurate and complete registration details and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable Indian laws and healthcare regulations. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.
4. Medical Information and Advice
The Services provide tools for health data management and information sharing but do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users must consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns. Ovyacare disclaims liability for any health decisions made based on data from the platform.
5. Patient Data and Confidentiality
Ovyacare processes personal and sensitive health data ("Protected Health Information") under strict confidentiality and data protection standards consistent with the IT Act and SPDI Rules. Access to sensitive data is limited to authorized personnel, and Ovyacare employs appropriate security controls to safeguard this information.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including software, design, text, and graphics, belong to Ovyacare or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. Data Security and Privacy
Ovyacare commits to implementing reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure; users acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (labs, hospitals, diagnostic centers). Ovyacare is not responsible for actions or data handling by these third parties. Users agree to review the third parties' terms and privacy policies separately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
